So, I got inspired by of my favorite pork recipes and decided to find a version with chicken that we could eat throughout the week. Well, not to brag, but it came out freaking delicious! I will definitely be making it again.
Citrus braised chicken thighs
Yields 16 servings for 3 SP per serving

So what do I do with the remaining braising liquid????
Add some corn starch to it to thicken it up. it makes an amazing gravy!
What do I do with all of that chicken???
wrap it up in some tortillas and make tacos
serve it over some tortilla chips for nachos
serve it over pasta w/ some fresh veggies
wrap it in some egg roll wrappers with fresh veggies and make egg rolls
make a sandwich
add it to your favorite soup
just eat it plain with some of your favorite sides
It tastes even better the second and third day, so this is kind of ideal for a week long meal prep.
Add some additional seasonings to change it up (we added a little Honey Teriyaki sauce and stir-fried it with some 0 SP Weight Watchers noodles)
